The house is approached via a driveway through a pair of black
wrought iron gates, leading to a large gravelled area with
a central round pond motif containing fish and lilies.
The house is entered through a magnificent Georgian Portal,
paved in County Kerry Marble and panelled in the original
Scandinavian Deal boards. The massive front door is supported
by three hand forged wrought iron hinges. Opened it reveals
the splendid hallway and bifurcated staircase - one of the
main features of the house. Close the door behind you and
the huge lock and key are revealed in all their splendid glory.
Hallway
The stairs rise from the left whilsts on the right is very
large mahogany hall table with a gilded over mirror.

Drawing
Room
This spacious and elegant room is beautifully furnished in
period furniture and has the added advantage of 'French' doors,
which lead to a terraced sitting area and a croquet lawn at
the back of the house. Again a lovely dark grey marble open
fire place (working) is surrounded by some large comfortable
sofas and easy chairs and in one corner is a Regency linen
press which houses the hi-fi system. There is a good supply
of CD's but guests are encouraged to bring their own favourites.
