How to find us, travelling from Cork Airport

Exit the Airport Terminal to a traffic roundabout and turn right onto the R600. Travel downhill for 2 kilometers to a junction and service station on your right. Turn right onto R613 signposted Balinahassig, and West Cork N71. Travel a further 4 kilometers through Balinahassig and up to the N71 motorway. Take the first turning left, do not go under the motorway bridge. The signposting here is very misleading, just make sure you turn off left before the bridge and ignore the signposting dead ahead. You will now filter onto the N71 going westbound.

Travel to Bandon, approximately 12 kilometers, on entering the 30 miles per hour limit, drive to a traffic island and turn left following the “by- pass” sign, and signs for the N71 and West Cork. Follow the by-pass all the way, down a steep hill and at the bottom “T” Junction turn right. Drive 200 meters to the main N71 and turn left. You are now exiting Bandon and heading west.

Drive approximately 1 kilometer to a large brown background sign post on your left hand side, and close to an old MAXOL garage. The sign directs you to “The west Cork Coastal Route, Timoleague etc”. Filter left here and on to a narrow road and look for a finger signpost showing R602 and Timoleague. Turn left here and travel to Timoleague some 8 kilometers or so.

Approaching Timoleague there is a river bridge, cross over this and immediately after turn left. Travel in front of the old Abbey ruins and over a hump back junction, do not turn left, travel straight on past a filling station & Supermarket called “DAY TO DAY”, to a signpost marked Barryroe, Butlerstown etc.

Travel some 5 kilometers to a crossroads, & turn left here. Travel on to Lislevane and on to Barryroe Supermarket and Creamery. Immediately after turn right to Butlerstown, and 1 kilometer turn right into drive.
