How to find us, travelling from Kinsale

Drive out of Kinsale alongside the harbour, water on your left, to the road bridge over the River Bandon. Take the bridge by turning left; you are now on the R600 headed for Ballinspittle and Timoleague. Follow the West Cork Coastal Route sign to Timoleague

Drive to and through Kilkerran, and on to Ballinspittle. Through the town keeping to the R600 and drive to Timoleague alongside the water all the way apart from the first few miles or so.

Approaching Timoleague to a junction with the R602, turn left here and over the river bridge. Immediately turn left after the bridge and drive in front of a ruined Friary to a hump back. Straight over and on to DAY TO DAY Supermarket & filling station, carry on to a junction signposted Barryroe, Butlerstown, and Dunworley and follow turning sharp left.

Drive approximately 6 kilometers to a crossroads and turn left and on to Lislevane village and on to Barryroe Supermarket and Creamery complex. Just past this turn right, and follow the road past a large church. Follow the road around left and drive for 1 kilometer past a sports ground on the right, and past 3 houses on the left. Immediately after the last bungalow turn right into Butlerstown House drive way. The house is visible once past the church, painted cream standing alone amongst trees.
