How to find us, travelling from Shannon Airport

Leave the Airport complex and take the Limmerick road, the N18. Travel to the outskirts of Limmerick and take the by pass signposted Cork. This is the N20.
Travel through Charleville, Buttevant, Mallow and on to Cork City, approximately a 1 hour drive.

On the approach to the city, you will connect with the North Ring. Drive onto the North Ring in an easterly direction and signposted Dublin, Waterford, and Rosslaire. Keep travelling to a large traffic island , take the Blackrock Tunnel, South Ring, N28 & West Cork exit.

Drive through the Blackwall Tunnel and continue on the dual carriageway N28 to a large traffic island controlled by traffic lights.

PLEASE NOTE! : After the tunnel the signposting is confusing. Make sure you DO NOT STRAY OFF TO YOUR LEFT on the approach to the RINGASKIDDY & FERRYPORT junction which is approx 1.5 K from the tunnel exit. Keep driving on the original dual carriageway and do not allow yourself to cross over the broken white line now appearing on your left.

At night it is all too easy to make this mistake! If you do, do not panic. Keep driving up a long incline, and then down to a traffic island. Enter the traffic island and drive through 360 degrees and go back from where you came from. You will re-enter onto the N28 West bound and now all is well, just continue:

Drive to the large traffic island controlled by traffic lights.( Take extreme care here, the road markings are very confusing!) Drive onto the island and take the middle lane, immediately after the first turnoff left to the Airport, select the left hand lane and take the next left off signposted N28, South Ring, West Cork and N71. Drive to the end of the N28 (Look out for a DUNNES STORES on your left hand side immediately before you enter another traffic island.

Look out for signposting to West Cork, N71 & Bandon and take the first left off the traffic island. Travel a few 100 metres to another, much smaller traffic island (entrance to DUNNES STORES ) and drive through and onto the N71. Continue on to Bandon.

Travel to Bandon, approximately 15 kilometers. On entering the 30 mph zone, travel to a traffic island and turn left onto the Bandon By Pass. Travel to the top of a hill, and a steep descent brings you to a “T” junction, turn right. Drive 200 meters to another “T” junction and turn left onto the N71.

The road widens and there are several car distributorships and garages. Look for a Maxol filling Station on the left, opposite is a Peugeot garage, filter left to a narrow road with terraced houses on the right and look for a finger signpost showing R602 and Timoleague. Turn left here and travel to Timoleague some 8 kilometers or so.

Approaching Timoleague there is a river bridge, cross over this and immediately after turn left. Travel in front of the old Abbey ruins and over a hump back junction, do not turn left, travel straight on past DAY TO DAY Supermarket and filling station to a signpost marked Barryroe, Butlerstown etc.

Travel some 5 kilometers to a crossroads. Travel on to Lislevane and on to Barryroe Supermarket and Creamery. Immediately after turn right to Butlerstown and 1 kilometer turn right into drive.
